Disable Hibernate using Command prompt in Windows 7/Vista/XP

Go to command prompt Window key+R then type cmd and press Enter key
Type powercfg -h off andpress enter key

disable hibernate in windows-7

This will delete hiberfil.sys (250MB-2GB) from your PC
